Stella del Monviso
Stella del Monviso water has an ultra-low sodium content.
Flowing in the Monviso valley, at 1,400 metres above sea level, Stella del Monviso water only has 24 mg/l residue (little salt!) and 1.5 mg/l sodium (<0,0002%). Its water hardness is lower than 1 French degree.
The main reason we drink water is to restore the body's normal physiological balance, i.e. the more the person has hypotonia and low sodium (or rather is low in salt) the more its rehydrating powers.
Stella del Monviso water is bottled in single-use PET containers which can hold upto 18 litres. They are also compliant for food contact.
